1.According to the letter, the business tax shall be levied on the income obtained from the industry-university cooperative in accordance with the provisions of article 3 of "measures for the implementation of industry-school cooperation in colleges and universities".

2.After discussion at the meeting on February 21 and March 11, 2019, under the industry-university cooperative research project, which will be signed after 2019, partners will be charged an additional 5% business tax. A contract has been signed before 2019, which will be rearranged from the total amount of the projects to pay for the business tax.
